II. Core Mechanism

Targeted Binding: The N-terminal sequence CKGGRAKDC specifically binds to the Prohibitin/Annexin A2 receptor on white adipose vascular endothelium, with almost no binding to muscle, heart, brain, or liver blood vessels.
