Uses: Thymus function repair, T/ B cell maturation, immune homeostasis reconstruction, anti-inflammatory and immune tolerance, in vitro research reagents related to aging and immune decline
II. Mechanism of Action
Nuclear-Targeted Gene Regulation (Core): Penetrates the cell membrane and nuclear membrane, directly binds to the CTG/ATTTC motif in the promoter region of immune cell genes, and regulates thymus and lymphocyte gene transcription. Upregulates T cell differentiation (CD3, CD4, CD8), B cell activation, cytokines such as IL-2/IFN-γ/IL-10, heat shock proteins (HSPs), and thymic epithelial cell proliferation genes; downregulates pro-inflammatory genes (TNF-α, IL-6), autoimmune genes, and apoptosis genes, reshaping the expression profile of immune cells.
Thymic function activation: Promotes thymic epithelial cell proliferation and thymic microenvironment repair, accelerates T cell precursor maturation, and reverses thymic atrophy caused by aging/damage.
Immune homeostasis balance: Regulates the Th1/Th2 cell subset ratio, enhances immune surveillance, inhibits excessive inflammation and autoimmune responses, and improves immune defense against infection and tumors.
Epigenetic regulation: Restores the normal epigenetic state of immune cells through histone acetylation and chromatin remodeling, improving immune function decline caused by aging and stress.
Cellular protection: Enhances the anti-apoptotic capacity of immune cells, and strengthens the survival and functional recovery of immune cells after radiotherapy, chemotherapy, infection, and oxidative stress.
III. Core Scientific Efficacy
Aging Immune Repair: Used for in vitro mechanism research on age-related immune decline, thymic atrophy, recurrent infections, and low immunoglobulin levels.
Post-Infection Immune Reconstruction: Adapted to research models of immunodeficiency following viral (e.g., COVID-19) and bacterial infections, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy Immune Protection: Investigating intervention strategies for bone marrow and immunosuppression, and lymphopenia caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Autoimmunity and Inflammation Regulation: Used for research on the immune balance of autoimmunity and chronic inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, enteritis, etc.
Tumor Immune Surveillance: In vitro experiments investigating tumor microenvironment immunosuppression, NK/T cell activation, and tumor cell proliferation inhibition.
Combined Research System: Often used in combination with Thymogen, Vilon, Pinealon, Chonluten, and BPC-157 to construct a multi-target immune repair complex research program involving the thymus, nerves, and mucosa.
