GHRP-2 Acetate 10vials/box
Product Basic Information
Full Name: GHRP-2 Acetate, Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide 2
Category: Synthetic Ghrelin Receptor Agonist, Growth Hormone Secretion-Promoting Peptide
Form: White sterile lyophilized polypeptide powder, individually packaged in vials
Applicable Research Directions: Growth hormone secretion regulation, appetite and energy metabolism, muscle synthesis, lipolysis, pituitary function, aging endocrine in vitro/animal experimental reagents
II. Mechanism of Action
Pituitary GH Release Regulation: Binds to the GHS-R1a receptor on pituitary growth hormone-secreting cells, stimulating pulsatile secretion of growth hormone (GH), increasing circulating GH levels;
Hypothalamic Appetite Pathway Activation: Mimics endogenous GHrelin, acts on the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus, upregulating hunger signals and promoting food intake;
Lipolysis Regulation: Downstream activation of adipose tissue lipases by GH promotes visceral fat breakdown and reduces body fat accumulation;
Muscle Synthesis Pathway: Increases IGF-1 expression and activates mTOR. Anabolic pathways, inhibiting muscle protein breakdown; Adrenal cortex synergistic regulation: mildly affects cortisol secretion, participating in systemic energy homeostasis.
III. Core Research Achievements
Endocrine GH regulation model: used for pituitary function, growth hormone secretion rhythm, and growth and development-related cell experiments; Fat loss and muscle gain metabolic research: adapted to the in vitro mechanisms of obesity, sarcopenia, and aging-related anabolistic decline; Appetite and gastrointestinal motility experiments: exploring hunger signals, gastric emptying, and intestinal Ghrelin pathway regulation; Trauma/postoperative repair support: combined with MGF, TB-500, and BPC-157 to study the benefits of anabolism on tissue healing; Combined comparative experiments: often used in combination with GHRP-6, CJC-1295, and Ipamorela to compare the differences in the secretion efficiency of various GH-promoting peptides.
